Rebuilding Wholeness:
Faith-Based Healing for
Women after Divorce
A 6-Week Coaching Program for Reflection and Renewal after Divorce
Has divorce left you feeling lost, isolated, or unsure how to move forward? You’re not alone.
Divorce—especially within certain Christian communities—can be an isolating, complex experience. It reshapes not only your daily life but also your spiritual and emotional landscape, leaving you to navigate questions that don’t always have clear answers:
- How do I move forward in faith and life when guilt, shame, and self-doubt still linger?
- How can I navigate judgment and isolation in my relationships and parish?
- How do I balance competing emotions like grief and gratitude, hope and uncertainty?
- What does forgiveness look like when deep wounds remain?
How do I find hope for the future when my life looks nothing like I imagined?
I know how dark post-divorce questions can get because I’ve been there too. These aren’t just theological or intellectual dilemmas, they’re deeply personal, touching the core of who we are and who we seek to become.
This group program is a safe, gently structured space for women to process these hard questions with wisdom and grace while upholding Christian values like forgiveness, healing, humility, and courage. Here, you can be honest about your grief and struggles without getting stuck in them and take intentional steps toward healing, growth, and hope.

“Nicole helped me process the worst experiences of my life in a way that is helping me move beyond them. I will always be grateful for that.”

Who This Program Is For (And Who It’s Not For)
✔ This is for you if…
- You’re navigating divorce as a woman in an Eastern Christian or liturgically minded tradition—whether newly separated or years post-divorce, with or without children, remarried or not.
- You feel disconnected from your faith, yourself, or your community because of divorce.
- You want to move forward in a way that aligns with your faith values.
- You’re ready to reclaim purpose, joy, and hope for the future (even if you don’t quite know what that looks like yet).
❌ This may not be the right fit if…
- You’re looking for legal or marital counseling.
- You’re still discerning whether to move forward with separation or divorce.
- You’re not able to give time and attention to self-reflection or gentle spiritual growth at this time.
- You’re looking for a quick fix rather than slow but meaningful transformation.
- You have an unmanaged mental health condition.

“Nicole’s coaching was a turning point for me. I worked with her several years ago and it changed my life. I’ve been to many counselors but Nicole (not even being a counselor) is the first professional who really understood me. I still use many exercises and insights I learned from her when I get overwhelmed.”

Testimonials
So grateful
I am so grateful for Nicole’s coaching services. Her compassionate and understanding approach have helped me experience so much growth and healing. She showed up to each session attentive and interested in what I was sharing. She was responsive to my concerns and was always willing to change directions if I was uncomfortable with a topic or practice. I am in such a better place than when I started coaching and looking back, I can’t believe all the progress I have made. I am much happier, healthier, and better equipped to create a life I love.

Highly Recommend
Through coaching with Nicole, I have been able to look back on a painful period of my life and find the ‘glimmers’ of goodness. I’m also strengthening my dream that by God’s grace my experience can be life-giving for myself and others. Now I’m starting to look at being vulnerable and asking for help as opportunities to grow in humility. The Lord used these sessions to heal bits of my soul and mind.

Knowledgeable and caring
I’d recommend Nicole’s services to anybody struggling with CPTSD or acute trauma, as well as anyone wishing to learn more about the effects of trauma because she is knowledgeable and communicates this knowledge well. She’s also very kind and open, you can tell she cares about helping people and puts a lot of thought and care into her clients.

About Me

Hi, I’m Nicole—a writer, trauma-informed coach, and fellow traveler on the road of post-divorce healing.
My own journey has taken me across countries, faith traditions, and some of life’s hard reckonings, including the grief and upheaval of divorce. As a convert to Orthodox Christian (2011) and a survivor of an unhealthy marriage and divorce (2021), I know what it’s like to feel unmoored, to question everything you once believed about love, faith, and yourself.
But I also know the slow, sacred work of rebuilding—a life, a sense of self, and a deeper, more life-giving understanding of what it means to love and be loved. My work, whether through coaching, writing, or speaking, is about helping others find clarity, healing, and a path forward after loss. Let’s learn and grow together.

FAQs
What if I’m not sure I’m ready for a group program?
That’s completely understandable! If now isn’t the right time, you can join the waitlist to receive updates about future offerings—no obligation required. I also coach women privately around the issue of divorce – check out my coaching page or book a free consultation to learn more.
Will this program align with my church’s teachings on divorce and remarriage?
This program upholds traditional Christian virtues and fruits of the Spirit, and a general sacramental view of marraige, but does not prescribe or prohibit what you should believe about divorce and remarriage. It is not a substitute for pastoral care or spiritual direction. Instead, it offers support as you discern how to live out your faith in light of your own circumstances, beliefs, and spiritual guidance.
Tell me about your cancellation policy.
While I put great care into designing and delivering a high-quality coaching experience, I also understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
Before the program starts: Refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the program begins. After that, due to limited enrollment spots and immediate access to program materials, no full refunds will be issued.
After the first session: If you attend the first session and realize the program isn’t a good fit, you may request a 50% refund within 24 hours of the first session. After this period, no refunds will be given.
Do I need to share personal details about my marriage or divorce?
No. While some may find it helpful to share general experiences, personal details are never required. We will also discuss how to share wisely to protect both yourself and others.
What if I can’t make all the live sessions?
Sessions will be recorded and shared via private, view-only links for the duration of the program. However, live participation is encouraged to foster community—if you already know you can’t make it to most of the sessions in real-time, I don’t recommend signing up this time around.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
If you’re a divorced woman from an Eastern Christian tradition seeking faith-based healing, growth, and connection, and are able to make most of the sessions, this program is likely a good fit. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to me directly.
