Group Coaching Programs
Trauma-informed. Spiritually grounded. Lightly structured.
Group coaching can be a potent and spacious container for personal growth, especially when designed to foster care, safety, and meaningful growth. My trauma-informed group programs are for those navigating life transitions, spiritual healing after trauma, or creative growth—and who want to do so in a way that honours both their unique story and their personal autonomy.
Whether you’re rebuilding wholeness after divorce, healing from spiritual trauma, or learning to trust or strengthen your creative voice, you’re not alone. These groups offer an intentional space to reflect, reconnect, and gently move forward—without pressure, preaching, or performance anxiety.

What is group coaching?
Group coaching is a guided experience where a small group of participants gathers—online or in person—to explore areas of personal growth, healing, or creative development around a shared theme. Unlike a course, it’s not just about learning information or ingesting curriculum. And unlike group therapy, it’s not focused on processing trauma in a clinical setting, nor is it about open-ended sharing for the sake of sharing. Instead, group coaching offers structured, facilitated support to help you make intentional, meaningful progress towards goals that are important to you—with the collective strength of a coach and a community behind you.
In short: group coaching helps you go farther than you might on your own, without the overwhelm or pressure of doing it perfectly. You get structure and support, but also freedom and flexibility to engage with group content in the ways that are right for you.
Each group includes:
- Opportunities for group sharing and witnessing in community, so you can grow through what others offer—and offer your own voice as you’re ready.
- A skilled facilitator (that’s me! Learn more about my coaching philosophy here) to offer guidance, ask powerful questions, and hold safe space
- A supportive and structured container for self-reflection, group insight, and spiritual grounding
- Interactive practices, such as journaling prompts, somatic tools, light curriculum, and/or guided reflections (depending on the focus/aims of each group)
Current & Upcoming Programs
About Joyful Sorrow The capacity to tolerate paradox—to hold tension, complexity, and apparent contradiction without rushing to resolve it—is closely tied to both spiritual well-being and psychological resilience. Yet many faithful Christians—especially those shaped by past wounds, spiritual burnout, or legalistic formation—find themselves approaching Lent through rigidity, over-effort, or resigned withdrawal. Traditional practices meant to […]
current programs, Uncategorized What happens when your faith and your wounds meet? Restore is a gentle, trauma-informed group coaching program for Orthodox Christian women who long to grow spiritually again after wounding experiences. Together, we’ll explore how Christ meets us in our pain and invites us into deeper healing, hope, and restoration.

These meetups emphasize writing new, fresh content guided by prompts that encourage you to practice specific writing techniques, explore different parts of speech, or experiment with imaginative elements.
Why Group Coaching?
While one-on-one coaching offers personal depth, group coaching brings something uniquely powerful: the experience of healing, growing, and learning in community with others.
When trauma or life transitions leave us feeling isolated or unsure, being part of a safe and supportive group can offer:
- Resonance: Hearing others articulate what you’ve felt but didn’t have words for
- Perspective: Gaining insights you might not have reached on your own
- Insight: Learning from the collective wisdom of a group and people from a variety of backgrounds can lead to more diverse insights
- Confidence: Sharing your voice, questions, or wisdom in a space that receives it with care
- Practice: Opportunities to soft launch new skills related to self-compassion, boundaries, or vulnerability in a safe, understanding space
- Motivation: Knowing others are walking alongside you can keep you moving gently forward
Financial benefits. An added bonus is that group coaching offers some of the benefits as 1:1 work but at a more accessible rate. Most of my group programs cost 30–40% less per session than my private coaching packages, making it a meaningful and budget-friendly way to invest in your growth.

Who These Programs Are For
Since 2021, I’ve supported clients through group coaching journeys that center the needs of:
- Christian creatives (especially writers and visual artists) seeking a supportive, trauma-informed space to grow creatively
- Trauma survivors (or those navigating difficult life transitions) who want to integrate their healing with a grounded, spiritually rooted lens
- Women recovering from divorce or spiritual trauma looking for both structure and empathy as they rebuild their lives and faith
All of my programs are gently faith-based, with optional practices and reflections drawn from the Christian East. You do not need to be Eastern Orthodox or even “religious” to benefit from the experience. These spaces are rooted in compassion, autonomy, and care—not in doctrine.

Safety & Stewardship of Stories
As with all my coaching work, these groups are grounded in the principles of trauma-informed care: consent, choice, transparency, and trust. I hold a high standard for privacy, mutual respect, and wise stewardship of vulnerability.
For more about how I cultivate safe spaces, you can read my Community Guidelines.
